Free Energy – “Free Energy”
The slow a capella build in the beginning of this will have you hooked, which makes it the perfect lead off track for Stuck On Nothing. This classic rock inspired track will make you pine for the glory days of rock and roll.

Two Door Cinema Club – “What You Know”
“What You Know” is a VERY catchy song. The instrumentation on this track is excellent and will have you bobbing your head along to the beat. Thia is a great song, off a great debut album. Also, just look at that kitten on their album cover.

La Strada – “The Traveler”
This new band has made quite the impression. “The Traveler” is the best song on La Strada’s debut album New Home. It’s happy and catchy, yet beautiful, will have you listening to it again and again.
Rafter – “A Frame”
This track is easily the best song off of Animal Feelings. The the hook just before the refrain is almost perfect and the verses are more than good. The background beat works perfectly with the vocalization and the lyrics. This is a track that you won’t want to miss out on.

Caribou – “Odessa”
Swim is a great album and the beauty of Odessa is certainly a contributing factor. The haunting vocals are perfectly complemented by the instrumentation. Caribou has reached another level of musical achievement.

Typhoon – “Body of Love”
This song off of Typhoon’s debut release Hunger and Thirst is near perfect. It’s beautiful, slow, and haunting and is something that will keep you not only entertained but mystified and relaxed.
