Rilo Kiley are coming off a 3 year “break up” and putting out a collection of b-sides and rarities called “RKive” April 2. They just released one of the songs, Let Me Back In, on Spin. It’s an ode to LA and was referred to as “I Love LA” by the fan base for years. The only release of this song was from Austin City Limits back in 2005 but this version is (obviously) a lot fuller.

LA-based punk band FIDLAR (stands for “fuck it dog, life’s a risk) have released one of their best tracks yet. A collaboration with British singer Kate Nash (we’re assuming) is one of their most easygoing tracks yet and serves as a perfect encapsulation of high school relationship awkwardness.Their full-length is out on Mom + Pop in January of next year. Though this track won’t appear on the LP, recently released White on White and older cut Cheap Beer will.
